As a stepping stone to Preschool, our Early Preschool program incorporates STEAM activities designed to address the individual learning needs of 30- to 42-month-old children. We focus on understanding routines and developing independence.

Preschool

Our Preschool curriculums incorporate STEAM activities to ensure skill development and school readiness based on 21st century concepts. Children explore Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Math, while developing their self-confidence, creativity, and independence.

Drop-In Care

We remain committed to supporting our community in any way that we can. That includes drop-in care to help families as routines change. With U-GRO’s Flex Care, you can purchase child care days ahead of time, so you have a flexible, reliable, simple way to navigate scheduling needs. Prepaid Flex Care cards can be purchased in five-day increments, which are honored for one full year. Flex Care is also a perfect option if you stay home but need an occasional day off, or to take advantage of our summer program options.

Bridge Classroom

Children in the Bridge classroom are strengthening their self-care skills, growing in their independence and enhancing the skills they need to be successful in a preschool classroom. The Bridge classroom is a purposeful year of preschool prep designed for children with birthdays later in the year or children who may need more time to strengthen self-care skills or social-emotional development. In this classroom, our Wonder of Learning™ education program supports children's independence as they continue to build skills necessary for handwriting and drawing with increased intentionality, learn foundational math concepts and build strong vocabularies.

In our Preschool classroom, children start their journeys into a cooperative learning environment where they can discover interests and learn in a more structured setting. At The Goddard School®, we recognize that classrooms are made up of many unique children and teachers work to create engaging, innovative, play-based lessons with the interests and needs of every child in mind. Through the power of asking a question, your child will learn how to seek answers and advocate for themselves in the classroom. The Wonder of Learning™ curriculum takes your child's natural curiosity and encourages them to ask even more questions because asking questions fuels learning. Preschool is a big year. We’ve designed our program to give you complete confidence in every aspect of your child’s experience; from health and safety; to ready-for-school curriculum; to the full support of experienced teachers.

Kindergarten Prep

The last year before kindergarten is a time of growth. We offer a program that gives you both teachers who cherish this important time, and curriculum recognized by parents and teachers for helping children build the social and academic skills needed to be ready for school.

Preschool

Our preschool program sparks curiosity and confidence through joyful, hands-on learning. Each week, our teachers design engaging lesson plans that inspire children to explore the world around them, whether through a nature project in the garden or a fun science experiment. With a child-centered approach, we support the development of key academic skills like math, science, reading, and writing, all while fostering social and emotional growth through play. Preschoolers build friendships, solve problems, and develop independence in a secure, nurturing environment.

Pre-Kindergarten

Our curriculum filled Pre-K program inspires a love of learning through hands-on exploration, art, music, and movement. Inside the classroom, children engage with letter and number games, creative projects, and basic math concepts, while outdoor activities encourage problem-solving and gross motor development. Our flexible, child-centered curriculum blends teamwork, self-expression, and academic growth, creating a dynamic environment where kids are excited to learn and grow.

Discovery Preschool

Preschool program designed to create a strong academic and social foundation. Teachers introduce math, literacy, and science. Activities also include music, movement, art, pretend play, and group games. Children become an active part of their classroom community.
