Tutoring & Mentoring Programs

Some subjects don’t come easily and can become a barrier to moving forward — academically and emotionally. That’s why we offer tutoring across all required subject areas and for many electives as well. At Fusion, our teachers are our tutors. They are trained in personalized, one-to-one education and are subject matter experts. In the one-to-one setting, they also act as mentors to their students. NOTE: This tuition rate includes 5 tutoring sessions.

Math Program (6-12)

For kids 6-12, practice really does make perfect. The Kumon math curriculum helps your child develop a firm foundation in arithmetic, fractions, decimals and more, while improving study skills. By independently solving a wide range of math problems, your child will continually progress and be challenged to succeed.

Reading Program (13+)

A strong reader excels not only in a range of academic subjects, but also in everyday life. As your child studies complex texts in literature, you'll soon see advances in reading, a better understanding of content, the ability to form and support well-thought-out opinions, and more.

Reading Program (3-5)

The Kumon Reading Program starts your pre-readers off with fun “look, listen and repeat” worksheets. Colorful illustrations help connect words to familiar objects, to start putting words together. Your child will progress to identify nouns, verbs and adjectives, and use them within sentences.

Tutoring Program

We provide tutoring services for elementary students all the way through adult tutoring programs. Students can choose from online tutoring services, or in person, private tutoring sessions. Subjects offered include reading, math, ACT Prep, SAT Prep, science, and foreign languages.

Math Homework Help

As part of your child's customized program, we can set aside time to help them with their math homework. We alleviate homework anxiety and address gaps in knowledge so they understand the material and can do it on their own.

School Age

The Voyagers Classroom is designed to meet the unique needs of school-aged children. Most activities are child-led, which means students focus on their interests and move easily between activities. The children in this classroom get a balance of flexibility and structure—they have the time and space for schoolwork and fun with games, activities, and outside time. Prices are subject to change.

Summer Camp

Voyagers Summer Camp is all about exploring the world around us and learning about people, places, and things that many of us have only seen on TV or in books. Voyagers (campers) have the flexibility to select from a variety of exciting topics that will take them on incredible journeys to far-off destinations where they will learn about people such as Louis Armstrong, places like the Great Wall of China, and things such as the Eiffel Tower! Prices are subject to change.

School Age Before and After Care

Before and after school program focused on the developmental areas of: creative expression, community, literacy, inquiry-based learning, character development, and executive function. Daily routine includes: time for puzzles and games, science, math and construction, library, and creative arts. Teachers will also provide help with homework. Your child will have the opportunity to start clubs, create projects, and become a junior leader. Program provides daily physical activity and snacks.

If you’re looking for safe, reliable before- and after-school care for your school-age children, we have you covered! Our program picks up where your child’s school leaves off. Our engaging teachers will provide fun, hands-on activities that will nurture your child’s growth and development.

Drop-In Care

We all have our own unique schedules and demands on our time. At The Children’s Courtyard, we recognize that scheduling needs may vary by family—or even by the day. That’s why we offer Drop-In Care: Purchase child care days ahead of time, then use them as needed. Prepaid Flex Care cards are sold in five-day increments and are good for a full year. Once you’ve completed your enrollment paperwork, we just need 48 hours’ notice to reserve a spot for your child.

In our Before- and After-School Clubhouse for school-age students, we provide a mix of independent and organized activities, education and recreation, plus order and routine for their mornings and afternoons. This program focuses on: daily goal-setting, team-building exercises, healthy physical challenges, homework help, and community projects. We also offer flexible enrollment options to fit your family’s schedule and additional opportunities during school breaks, holidays, and summer vacation. And there may be transportation to and from your elementary school. Ask the director for details.

Wondercamp

An action-packed summer for children (ages 2 to 12). Our exciting Wonder Weeks include topics and activities designed to spark curiosity and imagination. We serve healthy food, play outside daily, and take field trips too! Parents will love our app with live streaming video and photo highlights.
