In our Before- and After-School Clubhouse for school-age students, we provide a mix of independent and organized activities, education and recreation, plus order and routine for their mornings and afternoons. This program focuses on: daily goal-setting, team-building exercises, healthy physical challenges, homework help, and community projects. We also offer flexible enrollment options to fit your family’s schedule and additional opportunities during school breaks, holidays, and summer vacation. Sher Bear Home Daycare offers reliable before and after school care for school-age children. Before care begins at 6:00 AM with school drop-offs. After care starts at 3:30 PM with school pick-ups and homework help. We provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment families can trust. Enroll!

Sher Bear Home Daycare is a loving, Christian-based childcare program. Licensed since 2007, I hold degrees in Early Childhood Education and Criminal Justice and am Illinois Gateway Certified. CPR/First Aid certified. We provide a safe, nurturing environment and teach children important safety basics

School Age Before and After Care

Before and after school program focused on the developmental areas of: creative expression, community, literacy, inquiry-based learning, character development, and executive function. Daily routine includes: time for puzzles and games, science, math and construction, library, and creative arts. Teachers will also provide help with homework. Your child will have the opportunity to start clubs, create projects, and become a junior leader. Program provides daily physical activity and snacks.
