Through our commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment, our caregivers ensure that each child feels secure and comforted. In addition to personal care, our infant teachers focus on approaches to play and learning, cognitive development, communication and language, physical development & social and emotional development.

Twos

At Big Blue Marble Academy, we create an environment that nurtures and embraces the high-energy attitudes of two-year-olds by giving them plenty of room to explore. Our curriculum for this age group incorporates music and movement to introduce children to new skills in fun and memorable ways, build their confidence, and help strengthen their love of learning. A typical day can include songs, story time, music, and movement during “Circle Time” and “Free Choice,” which gives children the opportunity to make choices about what activity they would like to participate in based on their own interests. Our childhood program focuses on providing enriching learning experiences for young children in our child care center. Our childhood education classes are designed to support their brain development, promote literacy skills, and introduce new math concepts.

Preschool

Our daycare center's structured preschool program is designed for 2, 3 and 4-year-olds with a curriculum that focuses on supporting the growth of the whole child.

After School Care

Working parents can count on the Towne Square Academy to provide their children with a safe, fun, and educational experience. Children can play with friends after school and have a scheduled time to do homework.

Pre-K

The Pre-K Program helps children become independent, self-confident & enthusiastic learners. Participation in the daycare center's program encourages children to develop good habits and daily routines. *Must be 4 before September 1st to qualify for enrollment*

Georgia Pre-K

Our state-funded Pre-K program provides learning experiences that set the stage for academic success and lifelong problem-solving skills in an environment that attracts and engages the children. In line with the latest research that all children grow, develop, and learn at their own pace, our curriculum is built to challenge without creating frustration, thus providing success that instills the lifelong love for learning. Our teachers work very hard to prepare the children for Kindergarten through early-reading activities, developing early math skills, practicing team work skills, participating in science experiments, and working on penmanship.

Infants

Our infant program offers a warm, loving, and nurturing environment for children ages 6 weeks to 24 months. Through engaging songs and stories, your infant will begin developing early language skills as they recognize voices, sounds, and words.

Preschool

We provide a structured preschool program along with full-day care for children ages 3 to 4. Our play-based literacy curriculum encourages your child to have fun, make friends, and build essential skills in the following areas: Language and Literacy, Science and Social Studies, Arts and Crafts, Number sense and Math, Social and Emotional Development, and Large and Small Motor Development.

Before and After School Care

Our Before & After School program at Lake Dow Learning Academy offers a safe, structured space where students continue learning beyond the classroom. Whether it’s the early hours before class or winding down after a busy school day, our environment supports academic growth and creative expression. With opportunities to focus on reading, composition, and the creative arts, children can complete homework, explore new interests, and build friendships. Our program includes transportation from local schools and flexible scheduling to support busy families. In this extended learning environment, students gain valuable skills in time management, self-expression, and teamwork. We provide the guidance and encouragement children need to stay on track academically while enjoying hands-on enrichment and structured fun.

With an intentional focus on developing early academic skills, we create a joyful environment that inspires curiosity and confidence.
