Pre-K4
Our Pre-K 4 program is designed to prepare children for kindergarten by enhancing literacy, math, and social skills through interactive and engaging activities that focus on personal growth. Children learn to regulate their emotions, follow rules and routines with reminders, and show responsibility for their own well-being. They establish positive relationships with adults, engage in peer interactions, and use strategies to join groups and solve social problems. Physical development is fostered through controlled movements, balancing activities, and gross-motor skills, such as ball manipulation. Fine-motor skills are developed through refined finger movements and the use of writing and drawing tools, with children progressing in their grip and control. Language development is emphasized as children expand their vocabulary, follow multi-step directions, and construct complete sentences using conventional grammar. They engage in conversations with peers, narrate stories with logical order, and adhere to social rules of communication. Cognitive growth is supported by encouraging curiosity, persistence, and problem-solving, while children display creativity and adaptability in their thinking. Symbolic thinking emerges through socio-dramatic play, classification tasks, and the use of symbols to represent absent objects. Literacy skills develop as children recognize letters, understand print concepts, and demonstrate emergent reading and writing abilities. In math, children count up to 20, connect numerals to quantities, and explore spatial relationships, measurement, and shapes, laying a solid foundation for more advanced mathematical concepts.
