Shoe-free policy ensures that classrooms are clean and safe for little ones to move around. Daily routine includes time outdoors, group time, and discovery baskets for sensory exploration. In our Infant program, our teachers are always interacting with the children to encourage their mental and physical development, in addition to holding and cuddling them. Your child will be introduced to our baby sign language program, learn to grasp toys, vocalize sounds, recognize pictures of familiar objects, and acquire a variety of other skills. Teachers work with each child in a series of stimulating activities that incorporate the natural routines of feeding and play. The teacher reinforces the infants’ development without disrupting their daily schedule.

Infant

At the Malvern School, our Infant Program provides a warm, nurturing environment for your child and offers countless opportunities for your child to explore through observation, movement, and use of their senses. We go beyond the traditional infant program to introduce education at an early age. Curriculum implementation considers the varying ages and schedules of each child. Age ranges for this program are approximate.

Half-day Toddler Preschool

Ivybrook Academy’s Toddler Preschool program is designed for the youngest citizens of our school community. This half-day program provides the perfect combination of play, learning opportunities, and flexibility, and we specialize in channeling their desire for exploration into activities that help them learn and grow.
