Summer with Goddard is an exciting 12-week program filled with lots of outdoor play and fun learning experiences. It’s an extension of the school year featuring outdoor adventures and child-led exploration all in a caring environment.

Infant Program (Garden Room)

Our Rittenhouse infant program offers a nurturing, creative space that honors your baby's unique natural rhythm. We provide personalized care for development, feeding, and sleeping in a peaceful environment. Here, your little one is safe to explore and grow at their own pace with expert support.

Transition Program (Ocean Room)

The Ocean Room helps older infants (12–18 months) bridge the gap to the toddler years. We focus on building the confidence and self-help skills needed for a smooth transition. In this supportive space, your little one gains independence while remaining in a nurturing, safe environment.

Summer Care Program

Summer at GFS brings our multidisciplinary approach outdoors! Campers explore different media in the Art Center, discover science through hands-on experiments like freezing and melting, and enjoy rhythm and dance. It’s a joyful season of discovery, friendship, and intentional, creative play.

Infant Care Program

We take infants from 6 weeks of age. We engage in age appropriate activities to stimulate the young mind. We use the Lillio curriculum.

Little Adventurers

Lillio Learning for Preschool Classrooms is a research-based curriculum for children ages 3 to 5. The activities are designed to create enthusiasm for learning, to build critical school readiness skills, and are aligned with early learning standards established throughout the United States.

Little Explorers

Learning for Infant and Toddler Classrooms is an interactive curriculum for children from birth up to 36 months. The activities are designed to create enthusiasm for learning, promote nurturing relationships, and are aligned with early learning standards established throughout the United States.

Infant Program

At this age, your infant is mainly learning through observation and exploration. For example, as our Infant teachers talk and sing with your child during feeding, diaper changes and playtime, your little one is beginning to understand language and conversation. Nurturing interactions like these will fill your child’s day and can be adapted and personalized to meet their individual needs.

Toddler Program

In our Toddler program, you’ll find carefully selected equipment that our newest walkers love to climb on, crawl through and hide in while stretching their gross motor skills. Teachers also use books, toys, games and other materials to create exciting explorations into colors, shapes, science and more.

Infant Daycare

Infant program offering a physically and emotionally safe place for your baby to explore and learn about the world around them. Shoe-free policy ensures that classrooms are clean and safe for little ones to move around. Daily routine includes time outdoors, group time, and discovery baskets for sensory exploration. Trained teachers spend time cuddling, singing, and reading to your child.

Toddler Daycare

Toddlers are on the go, exploring and learning new things throughout each day. Classrooms are kid-size in design, allowing children to do more things independently, building their self-confidence. Photos of the children’s families cover the walls of the classroom, creating a sense of community. Daily routine includes: outdoor play, circle time, dance & movement, reading, art, music, and free play.

Teachers use positive interactions to support each baby’s mental, physical, and social development in a safe, nurturing environment. We follow babies’ cues and provide individualized schedules. Our Baby Sign Language program helps teachers connect with infants, building trust and supporting early language skills. Families stay connected with daily updates and photos through our Links 2 Home app.
