Beginners

The Beginner program, for children ages 2-3, introduces more routine and structure to the children’s activities and schedule. Your child will build vocabulary, learn foundational mathematical skills, and will be encouraged to use simple reasoning to explain everyday occurrences. The concepts of social studies, diversity, and Spanish are introduced as our Beginners examine and explore the world around them.

Before & After Care

Finding convenient and enriching before or after school care for elementary aged children can be challenging. Our school-age program takes advantage of older children’s growing independence and abilities by providing activities that are fun, challenging and engaging. We provide reliable transportation to and from many area elementary schools, nutritious meals and snacks that help children form healthy eating habits, and dedicated staff members with experience in working with older children.

Mission Club (After School Program)

Our Mission Club is a before and after school program which gives elementary school students the opportunity to explore areas that interest them, while also having time to complete homework and rest after a busy day at school. During Mission Club, students cycle through six stations: STEM, Art, Drama, Homework, Community Service, and Spiritual Development. The Pillars provides transportation to and from local elementary schools.

Preschool

Our Preschool classroom (three- and four-year-olds) is where imagination takes flight and independence blossoms. Children build language and early literacy skills, math concepts, and independence with hand washing, toileting, and self-regulation, while developing gross and fine motor skills through blocks and real materials. With improved listening and communication, preschoolers engage in deeper conversations, cooperative play, and problem-solving—practicing responsibility and leadership through guided learning, alongside lessons in faith and character.
