Toddlers

The BeeCurious Curriculum supports active toddlers as they develop increased mobility and begin exploring the world around them. Children engage in hands-on learning centers - dramatic play, blocks, table toys, art, and a cozy area - with toys and props that change regularly to reflect current curriculum studies. Language development is central, with children immersed in daily communication and supported by American Sign Language using twenty core signs, plus additional signs tied to each theme of study. Music, movement, peer interactions, and group projects are woven throughout the day, with outdoor play twice daily extending curriculum experiences into well-equipped play spaces. Process-oriented art and sensory experiences encourage creativity and self-expression.

Preschool

The BeeCurious Curriculum blends guided discovery with child-led exploration, adapting to children’s interests and knowledge. Classrooms feature diverse learning centers, including dramatic play, STEM, art, literacy, and music. Children enjoy family-style meals, daily group time, and outdoor play twice a day. Hands-on experiences—like observing life cycles—bring learning to life. The BP Read with Me program supports early literacy in small groups, while American Sign Language enhances communication. The curriculum aligns with early learning standards, with parent-teacher conferences held three times yearly.

First Step

The Malvern School provides First Steppers with a warm, stimulating environment and daily opportunities to explore and make choices under the guidance of a caring teacher. Our curriculum focuses on building independence and confidence while engaging in fun, age-appropriate learning activities. Our small group provides a sense of security during this transition period from infancy to toddlerhood. Age ranges for this program are approximate.

This classroom is the perfect environment for terrific 2-year-olds. As your child grows more active, becoming an explorer, we provide a safe, engaging environment for them to develop. Learning experiences for 2-year-olds are based around key developmental milestones for this age group, as defined by our exclusive Learn from the Start™curriculum. We’re also here when you need us. Investigators (12 months to 24 months): Your toddler is meant to explore, take apart, put together, and question practically everything. Children in our Investigators classrooms learn through developmentally appropriate play in an environment where they can thrive. Toddlers in the Investigators Classroom will exercise their natural curiosity while being exposed to hands-on activities and be encouraged to interact with peers to start building social skills. To help lift ease the workload for families, we’re partnering with the Cuties Care program to provide diapers and wipes for babies and toddlers while they attend our school. For $10 a week, Cuties Care covers the cost of diapers and wipes. We know parents have a million things to manage—we’re happy to cross diapers off the list. Prices are subject to change.

Older Toddlers

Older toddlers are still on a journey of independence and learning about the world. In our Young Detectives Classroom, children fill their days with a mix of educational activities and peer interaction. Older toddlers in the Young Detectives Classroom will exhibit more independence by completing self-care routines on their own (blowing nose, putting on coat and shoes, feeding themselves, etc.). They will continue to work on communication skills, increasing vocabulary and using words to express themselves. To help lift ease the workload for families, we’re partnering with the Cuties Care program to provide diapers and wipes for babies and toddlers while they attend our school.
