In our Before- and After-School Clubhouse for school-age students, we provide a mix of independent and organized activities, education and recreation, plus order and routine for their mornings and afternoons. This program focuses on: daily goal-setting, team-building exercises, healthy physical challenges, homework help, and community projects. We also offer flexible enrollment options to fit your family’s schedule and additional opportunities during school breaks, holidays, and summer vacation. And there may be transportation to and from your elementary school. Ask the director for details.

Before School Care Program

School Age Before and After Care

Before and after school program focused on the developmental areas of: creative expression, community, literacy, inquiry-based learning, character development, and executive function. Daily routine includes: time for puzzles and games, science, math and construction, library, and creative arts. Teachers will also provide help with homework. Your child will have the opportunity to start clubs, create projects, and become a junior leader. Program provides daily physical activity and snacks. Elementary schools bussed to: Hudson City Schools (School District Provides Transportation to and from Center): Evamere, Eastwoods, Ellsworth, McDowell Middle School. Stow School District (center provides transportation to and from): Woodland and Fishcreek.

School Age

Pelicans: Our School Age program provides children with opportunities for exploration, creativity, and fun challenges to support them in becoming their best selves. Our program consists of a mix of guided activities planned by the children and teacher-guided activities. We Offer Before & After-School care for Fishcreek Elementary, Highland Elementary, Hudson Elementary, and Woodland Elementary Schools.

School-age children need a place to go after school to release, relax, refuel, and reflect on their day. The KC Country Club gives your school-ager just that place. A safe environment that includes healthy and fun snacks, games, the staffed Homework Room, outside playtime, quiet spots for reading and journaling, art, and music. What kid wouldn’t want to be at the KC Country Club? Before-school care is relaxed and encouraging. Children come in, choose their favorite foods from the breakfast buffet, and have the chance to ease into the day. Transportation to local schools is provided.
