At Childtime, our Drop-In Care program gives you the freedom to purchase child care days in advance. This allows you to use them when you need them—all year long! Toddler Program

In our Toddler program, you’ll find carefully selected equipment that our newest walkers love to climb on, crawl through and hide in while stretching their gross motor skills. Teachers also use books, toys, games and other materials to create exciting explorations into colors, shapes, science and more.

Early Preschool

Our Early Preschool teachers partner with you to help your child learn important independent life skills like potty training and hand washing while paying close attention to all aspects of your child’s development.

Community Bible Church -Early Learning Center

The ELC is designed to enhance the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth of children 2 months- through 5 years; as well as children in grades K-5th through Rootstown Local Schools. Accepting Part & Full time students & half day preschoolers, Open 6:30am-5:30pm.

Toddler Daycare

Toddlers are on the go, exploring and learning new things throughout each day. Classrooms are kid-size in design, allowing children to do more things independently, building their self-confidence. Photos of the children’s families cover the walls of the classroom, creating a sense of community. Daily routine includes: outdoor play, circle time, dance & movement, reading, art, music, and free play.

Discovery Preschool

Preschool program designed to create a strong academic and social foundation. Teachers introduce math, literacy, and science. Activities also include music, movement, art, pretend play, and group games. Children become an active part of their classroom community.

Toddlers

As your child grows, his/her unique personality develops. Toddlers begin to navigate relationships with other students and playmates. Academically, they thrive with kinetic learning, active discovery, and developing independence with everyday life skills.

Part Time Daycare

We know that your family wants options when it comes to an outstanding Montessori education. Young Explorers is proud to offer Village Classrooms, with part-time daycare to fit your family’s schedule. Part time daycare is available either Monday/Wednesday/Friday, Tuesday/Thursday, or all five days of the workweek. Your family can choose from 9am – 1pm, or 9am – 3pm.

Young Toddlers

Ducklings: We recognize that your young toddler has the capacity to learn so much in the first few years of their life by simply having opportunities to explore and play amongst peers. Our teachers encourage learning through daily routines and experiences involving health and physical development, social-emotional development, language and literacy development, and so much more. Your child will enjoy their first steps towards discovering their independence through fun, positive interactions with other children in a safe, structured, and secure environment. Our ducklings curriculum also includes our Global Gull American Sign Language Program. Most young children begin to talk around 12 months old, while some infants even try to communicate with their parents and caregivers even earlier! One way of helping our young children express their feelings, wants, and needs without crying and frustration of a lack of understanding from adults is through simple sign language, commonly known as ‘Baby Core Signs.’ These core signs include words like milk, sleep, play, all done, more, mother, father, etc.

Older Toddlers

Our Cardinal program supports older toddlers and their increased independence, exploration of emotions and feelings, and fast-developing use of language. We also understand and support their continued desire to explore everything about their world. We believe our play-based philosophy and learning center structure gives them the best opportunity to do this. Activities such as ice painting or sorting objects by color will stimulate your child’s inquisitive mind. While in a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment, our program is designed to encourage individual creative expression through your child’s own strengths and interests and foster a passion for learning! Infant Classroom

In the Infant program, our teachers provide your baby with all the cuddles and care they need, as well as opportunities to begin learning about the world around them. In the Twos classroom, patient, caring teachers guide children through playful exploration. They help your little one navigate big emotions while providing hands-on learning experiences that nurture their innate curiosity. Your toddler is constantly learning new things about the world around them. At The Goddard School®, our team is here to work with your little one every day as they play, learn and gain the skills they need to prepare for preschool. Our Wonder of Learning™ education program will immerse your child in literacy, science, arts and math brought together in one activity for a more holistic—and fun—approach to learning.
