Before & After School

Get ready for a great start and finish to every school day. In our Before- and After-School Clubhouse for school-age students, we provide a mix of independent and organized activities, education and recreation, plus order and routine for their mornings and afternoons. This program focuses on: daily goal-setting, team-building exercises, healthy physical challenges, homework help, and community projects. We also offer flexible enrollment options to fit your family’s schedule and additional opportunities during school breaks, holidays, and summer vacation. And there may be transportation to and from your elementary school. Ask the director for details.

Our Before and After School Care offers safe, supervised extended care for school-age children, supporting learning and engagement beyond the traditional school day.

School Age Before and After Care

Before and after school program focused on the developmental areas of: creative expression, community, literacy, inquiry-based learning, character development, and executive function. Daily routine includes: time for puzzles and games, science, math and construction, library, and creative arts. Teachers will also provide help with homework. Your child will have the opportunity to start clubs, create projects, and become a junior leader. Program provides daily physical activity and snacks.

Back-Up Care

With Lightbridge Academy’s back-up care, parents can reserve a day here and there — or even up to weeks at a time — at your local center. Back-up child care is available at all Lightbridge Academy locations on a space-available basis for infants through school-aged children.

Kindergarteners

We provide programs to ensure readiness for first grade. This includes reading for kindergarten, and a continued learning of technology and art. Our kindergarten classes combine our L.E.A.P early education curriculum with an environment of fun, open-ended exploration, investigation, discovery, and building self-confidence and self-esteem. It’s the perfect opportunity for optimum growth in academics, socialization, physical fitness, and emotional well-being.

Infants

Families love the balance of nurturing care and milestone development in this program. In a warm, safe, stimulating classroom, children have a primary caregiver to attend to their needs. Plus, our exclusive, milestone-focused curriculum, Learn from the Start™, was developed by our educational experts to focus on key developmental milestones specific to infants. We emphasize each child’s development, rather than specific age, because all children grow and learn at their own pace, and in their own unique way. We’re also here when you need us. Wondercamp

An action-packed summer for children (ages 2 to 12). Our exciting Wonder Weeks include topics and activities designed to spark curiosity and imagination. We serve healthy food, play outside daily, and take field trips too! Parents will love our app with live streaming video and photo highlights.
