Full Time VPK

Our full-time VPK program combines Florida VPK with extended care for families who need a full-day option. Children build kindergarten-readiness skills through literacy, math, hands-on learning, Performing Arts, social-emotional development, and structured activities.

Building upon the foundations laid in the Nido program, Angeline Country Day’s preschool curriculum embraces children’s expanding vocabulary and emerging cognitive abilities. At this stage, collaboration and communication emerge as central pillars of the learning experience, fostering intellectual curiosity and social engagement. Children participate in small peer groups to research, design, and execute projects, refining their ability to formulate hypotheses, conduct investigations, analyze findings, and draw meaningful conclusions. Voluntary Pre-K (VPK)

The state of Florida offers free pre-kindergarten for all 4-year-olds who reside in Florida and were born on or before September 1 each year. The school year program offers 540 instructional hours. VPK gives each child an opportunity to perform better in school, prepares every child in Florida for kindergarten, and builds the foundation for their educational success.
