Drop-In Care

At Childtime, our Drop-In Care program gives you the freedom to purchase child care days in advance. This allows you to use them when you need them—all year long! Stepping Stones Montessori

Our Stepping Stones Montessori program for two- and three-year-olds supports the physical, cognitive and the social/emotional development of each child. The Stepping Stones Montessori classroom is an orderly, focused, and calm environment which will allow your child ample opportunities to learn and grow. The classroom, containing the Montessori manipulatives, gives your preschool child an understanding of the “why” behind the concepts being taught. Learning takes place in a mixed age group setting, individually and in small groups.

Older Toddlers

Our Cardinal program supports older toddlers and their increased independence, exploration of emotions and feelings, and fast-developing use of language. We also understand and support their continued desire to explore everything about their world. Activities such as ice painting or sorting objects by color will stimulate your child’s inquisitive mind. Most young children begin to talk around 12 months old, while some infants even try to communicate with their parents and caregivers even earlier! One way of helping our young children express their feelings, wants, and needs without crying and frustration of a lack of understanding from adults is through simple sign language, commonly known as ‘Baby Core Signs.’ These core signs include words like milk, sleep, play, all done, more, mother, father, etc.
