Early Preschool

It’s never too early to start preparing your child to be ready for school, and that’s why our parents—and their children—love our Early Preschool classroom. As a stepping stone to Preschool, our Early Preschool program has a unique, indicator-based curriculum, Learn as We Grow™, designed to address the individual learning needs of 30- to 42-month-old children. Preschool

For any child, preschool education is an essential step on the path to kindergarten. We want the best for your child and that’s why this program focuses on their personal development with customized curriculum and lesson plans to meet their individual developmental needs. In this classroom, children are given an increasing sense of independence, while also learning how to relate to others through large-group activities which are an essential part of the day. Preschool

Our comprehensive literacy curriculum provides an important educational foundation for each children. In our Threes classroom, children learn sight words, letter sounds, phonics, vowels, consonants, letter blends, and trigraphs (groups of three letters that make a sound, such as -sph- or -eau-). Outside of our centers, trigraphs are rarely taught before first grade. Our teachers encourage students to grow, learn and develop at their own pace. We do not use rote memorization, testing, or homework. Each student builds a base knowledge of literacy that will benefit them throughout their whole lives.

Pre-K

The transition to kindergarten is a big step, and our program helps children prepare. Pre-K continues building their foundation in literacy and also learn about numbers and simple arithmetic. We teach our children everything from the parts of a plant to the presidents, to the Periodic Table of Elements. Nothing is off-limits in our classrooms, because there’s no limit to what a child can comprehend. When children graduate, they are ready for the next stage of their education. Elementary school teachers tell us our graduates are some of the most prepared in their classrooms. Our unique learning environment creates successful students who thrive in kindergarten and beyond.

Building on Preschool learning, we focus on problem solving, responsive listening, language usage, and social skills. Our Focus on Literacy™ program features in-school and at-home activities designed to improve your child’s literacy and cognition in areas such as vocabulary development and alphabet knowledge. Bridge Classroom

Children in the Bridge classroom are strengthening their self-care skills, growing in their independence and enhancing the skills they need to be successful in a preschool classroom. The Bridge classroom is a purposeful year of preschool prep designed for children with birthdays later in the year or children who may need more time to strengthen self-care skills or social-emotional development. In this classroom, our Wonder of Learning™ education program supports children's independence as they continue to build skills necessary for handwriting and drawing with increased intentionality, learn foundational math concepts and build strong vocabularies.

In our Preschool classroom, children start their journeys into a cooperative learning environment where they can discover interests and learn in a more structured setting.
