Infants
A baby’s first year is a time of extraordinary growth—physically, emotionally, and cognitively. Our infant classrooms are intentionally designed as peaceful, home‑like spaces filled with developmentally appropriate materials that invite exploration without over-stimulation. Soft textures, gentle lighting, and open floor areas allow infants to move freely and safely as they begin to roll, crawl, reach, and sit. Every element of the environment supports comfort, security, and confidence—laying the groundwork for lifelong learning.
Pre-Kindergarten
At Heartworks, our Pre-Kindergarten classroom is designed to feel like the bridge between early childhood and Kindergarten. We build Kindergarten-readiness skills through structured routines and personalized learning. Children practice following routines, expressing ideas, working in groups, and taking responsibility, all while still learning through play. Heartworks’ Pre-Kindergarten program is purposefully designed to prepare children for Kindergarten—without leaving the place where they already feel safe, known, and supported. They’ve grown up in our infant and toddler rooms and are now ready to learn how school works.
