Drop-In Care

We remain committed to supporting our community in any way that we can. That includes drop-in care to help families as routines change. With U-GRO’s Flex Care, you can purchase child care days ahead of time, so you have a flexible, reliable, simple way to navigate scheduling needs. Prepaid Flex Care cards can be purchased in five-day increments, which are honored for one full year. Flex Care is also a perfect option if you stay home but need an occasional day off, or to take advantage of our summer program options.

As a stepping stone to Preschool, our Early Preschool program incorporates STEAM activities designed to address the individual learning needs of 30- to 42-month-old children. We focus on understanding routines and developing independence.

Pre-K

For ages 4 - 5 years old, pre-k learning takes shape with rewarding new challenges.  Let us help your little one take the first steps toward independence. At the pre-k level, we focus on a range of independent, teacher directed, and small group activities that encourage investigation, exploration, and discovery. With your preschooler child, our goal is to create an individualized program that caters to the specific needs of your child.

Preschool Program

Both half-day (8:30-12:00) and extended (8:30-3:30) schedules are offered for 3- and 4-year-old students.

In our Preschool classroom, children start their journeys into a cooperative learning environment where they can discover interests and learn in a more structured setting. Through the power of asking a question, your child will learn how to seek answers and advocate for themselves in the classroom. Bridge Classroom

Children in the Bridge classroom are strengthening their self-care skills, growing in their independence and enhancing the skills they need to be successful in a preschool classroom. The Bridge classroom is a purposeful year of preschool prep designed for children with birthdays later in the year or children who may need more time to strengthen self-care skills or social-emotional development. In this classroom, our Wonder of Learning™ education program supports children's independence as they continue to build skills necessary for handwriting and drawing with increased intentionality, learn foundational math concepts and build strong vocabularies.

Discovery Preschool

Preschool program designed to create a strong academic and social foundation. Teachers introduce math, literacy, and science. Activities also include music, movement, art, pretend play, and group games. Children become an active part of their classroom community.

Hands-on preschool program with a strong focus on school readiness. Children are encouraged to think independently and express their individuality. Your child’s day is filled with creating, experimenting, and imaginary play. Curriculum includes: math, science, language, and spanish. Children begin to expand social skills and build friendships.
