Kindergarteners

We provide programs to ensure readiness for first grade. This includes reading for kindergarten, and a continued learning of technology and art. Our kindergarten classes combine our L.E.A.P early education curriculum with an environment of fun, open-ended exploration, investigation, discovery, and building self-confidence and self-esteem. Designed for the interests of today’s active students, our school-age program offers a safe, fun and supervised environment to start or end the school day. In our school-age classroom, we’ve created a before and after school space that supports your child’s experience in school – without making them feel like they’re still in school. And during school holidays and summer months, we offer a full-day program rich in hands-on activities and exciting field trips!

Summer Camp

Our Legendary Summer Camp is packed with fun, exploration, and adventure—just as summer should be! Every week brings a new theme, exciting field trips, hands-on STEM activities, creative art projects, and special guest experiences. Where else can your child cool off at a water park, observe a giraffe up close, build and fly their own kite, tour a professional football stadium? Only at Legendary Summer Camp at The Sunshine House!

Before & After School

Get ready for a great start and finish to every school day. In our Before- and After-School Clubhouse for school-age students, we provide a mix of independent and organized activities, education and recreation, plus order and routine for their mornings and afternoons. This program focuses on: daily goal-setting, team-building exercises, healthy physical challenges, homework help, and community projects. We also offer flexible enrollment options to fit your family’s schedule and additional opportunities during school breaks, holidays, and summer vacation. And there may be transportation to and from your elementary school. Ask the director for details.

Summer Camp

Each year during summer months, our Passport to Adventure Club transforms into a high-energy, fun-filled, full-day summer camp! Our camps take global learning to a deeper level through hands-on, multi-sensory experiences, field trips (where available), interactive interest-based clubs, and world language learning. Big Blue Marble Academy’s summer camp offers fun and learning. Campers love everything that BBMA has to offer, including lasting memories and making new friends. Big Blue Marble Summer Camp is open to school age children (ages 5-12). We also incorporate our summer theme into our preschool classes (children ages 3-4) with on-site activities.

After School Care

Our after-school programs offer homework support, learning opportunities, and social skills development for children. We offer various activities across age ranges from structured exploration of different cultures and destinations, to supervised play and games, to more independent play and homework support for the older students. Our after-school program provides homework support and fosters character development through group activities and additional playtime.
