It’s an honor that we get to pursue our passion and be a part of your child’s educational journey beyond the confines of the traditional school schedule. Each of our school break programs offers a unique and enriching experience. During spring break, children can embrace the awakening of nature through outdoor adventures, individual exploration and seasonal education. It’s also an exciting opportunity to get a sneak peek into 5 of the upcoming themes for summer camp. Our Adventure Summer Camp program features 13 weekly themes, featuring a variety of carefully organized activities, field trips, and creative arts to ignite their imagination and keep them engaged. As winter arrives, our program brings the magic of the season to life with holiday-themed activities and cozy indoor activities that foster a sense of warmth and togetherness. No matter the time of year, our school break programs provide children with unforgettable moments of joy, growth and exploration.

Bright Babies Infant Program

We give your baby the love and attention they deserve through interactive experiences developing mind and body alike. The curriculum includes one-on-one activities like sign-language, puppets, music, books and even yoga.

Ready-2-Learn Two-Year-Old Program

Our curriculum for children in the toddlers and twos class fosters the critical relationship building that occurs at this age, supporting intellectual and social development. Teachers emphasize daily routines and social interaction through family-style meals and other small group activities.

Two's

At Big Blue Marble Academy, we create an environment that nurtures and embraces the high-energy attitudes of two-year-olds by giving them plenty of room to explore. Our curriculum for this age group incorporates music and movement to introduce children to new skills in fun and memorable ways, build their confidence, and help strengthen their love of learning. A typical day can include songs, story time, music, and movement during “Circle Time” and “Free Choice,” which gives children the opportunity to make choices about what activity they would like to participate in based on their own interests. Our childhood program focuses on providing enriching learning experiences for young children in our child care center. Our childhood education classes are designed to support their brain development, promote literacy skills, and introduce new math concepts.

Georgia Pre-K

For Four- and Five-Year-Olds Who Reside in Georgia. Georgia’s Pre-K Program is a FREE state lottery-funded educational program for all age-eligible four-year-old children in Georgia. The purpose of Georgia’s Pre-K Program is to prepare children for success in kindergarten and later school years. The program operates on the regular school system calendar for the length of the school day. The enrollment process involves submitting an enrollment form, birth certificate, utility bill, hospital record, and immunizations. To participate, children must be four years of age on or before September 1 of the school year and must be a resident of Georgia. Proof that a child is age-eligible and is a Georgia resident is required to register for Pre-K.

Toddlers

This is an age of discovery and wonder. Toddlers are becoming more aware of what is happening around them, often imitating others and learning what interests them. What’s more, as they begin to develop new skills, they begin to build greater confidence in their abilities. In addition to personal care, our toddler teachers focus on approaches to play and learning, cognitive development, communication and language development, physical development, and social & emotional development.

Before & After School

Get ready for a great start and finish to every school day. In our Before- and After-School Clubhouse for school-age students, we provide a mix of independent and organized activities, education and recreation, plus order and routine for their mornings and afternoons. This program focuses on: daily goal-setting, team-building exercises, healthy physical challenges, homework help, and community projects. We also offer flexible enrollment options to fit your family’s schedule and additional opportunities during school breaks, holidays, and summer vacation. And there may be transportation to and from your elementary school. Ask the director for details.

Drop-In Care

With our Flex Care program, you can purchase child care days in advance to use, as you need them—all year long. You get reliability and flexibility, and your child gets to experience our proven curriculum in a fun, safe, and secure environment. You can purchase prepaid cards in five-day increments through your school, and each is good for one full year. After completing the enrollment paperwork, just call 48 hours in advance to reserve your spot.
