The GGUSD State Preschool Program is a highly rated preschool experience for 3 & 4 year olds. We have highly qualified teachers, a strong focus on student social/emotional development, as well as a play-based learning environment. We have 21 classrooms at 11 sites around the district.

TK & Kindergarten Enrichment

The Catalyst Kids Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and Kindergarten program provides a supportive, enriching environment for children as they embark on their early school journey. Designed as a seamless extension of the school day, our curriculum fosters discovery, creativity, and critical thinking through hands-on activities and structured enrichment. Using Catalyst Kids Learning Through Literacy, we integrate English Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies into engaging, literature-based experiences that build motivation, foundational skills, and core values. Camps

The Catalyst Kids Camps program offers an exciting and enriching experience where children can explore new interests, build friendships, and develop essential skills in a fun and supportive environment. Each day of camp is designed to encourage discovery, creativity, and collaboration, with hands-on activities that reinforce Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM) concepts. Campers stay active and engaged through themed projects, team-building exercises, and outdoor play while enjoying nutritious snacks and meals that promote a healthy lifestyle. Our dedicated Camp Leaders recognize each child’s unique contributions, fostering confidence and a sense of belonging within the camp community. The Catalyst Kids Before & After School program provides a safe, engaging, and enriching environment where children can extend their learning, build friendships, and explore new interests. Located on elementary school campuses, our programs foster positive relationships and support children’s academic and social development. With structured activities and ample opportunities for self-directed exploration, students receive homework assistance, participate in creative projects, and engage in hands-on learning beyond the classroom. Each center is uniquely designed to meet the needs of the children, families, and school communities it serves. Our daily schedule includes a community-building meeting, academic enrichment, nutritious meals served family-style, and 30 Fit, ensuring at least 30 minutes of physical activity for a healthy lifestyle. Children explore their interests through long-term clubs, enjoy open recreation, and participate in both indoor and outdoor play spaces tailored to different age groups. Our dedicated staff, trained in child development, CPR, and first aid, create a nurturing atmosphere where kids feel supported and empowered.
