Twos Classroom

In the Twos classroom, patient, caring teachers guide children through playful exploration. They help your little one navigate big emotions while providing hands-on learning experiences that nurture their innate curiosity. Your toddler is constantly learning new things about the world around them. At The Goddard School®, our team is here to work with your little one every day as they play, learn and gain the skills they need to prepare for preschool. Toddlers

This is the time when children use their bodies, senses, and emerging problem-solving skills to learn about and make sense of their world in the ways most meaningful and effective for them. Our toddler educators give your toddler responsive, individualized attention to help build their skills. Activities range from the simple to the complex, with work areas arranged by subject. Montessori materials not typically found at other schools are used, as children choose activities based on their own interests. Our infant rooms enroll children ages 3 months until crawling in our non-mobile environment. Children who are crawling are in our Woodlands classroom until they can walk

The toddler rooms are carefully prepared environments for children who are walking – 2.5 years of age. This toddler program helps our youngest students grow in independence and self-esteem.
