School Age Care Program

Children will receive a snack after school and then have time to complete homework. When homework is complete the children enjoy books, arts, crafts, board games, puzzles and sports. We are open all days besides major holidays. Children can be picked up and dropped off from school.

Cycle 1

Our Preschool group includes students in PK3, PK4 and K. It is a full French immersion program to prepare children for our bilingual elementary course.

LPEC French Summer Camp

Our French Summer Camp offers 2 weeks in June and 4 or 5 weeks in July every year. IT is open to all of our students and to outside children whether they have a command of French or not.

Early Preschool

It’s never too early to start preparing your child to be ready for school, and that’s why our parents—and their children—love our Early Preschool classroom. As a stepping stone to Preschool, our Early Preschool program has a unique, indicator-based curriculum, Learn as We Grow™, designed to address the individual learning needs of 30- to 42-month-old children. Preschool Program

Our primary goal with our preschool program is to prepare and equip your child for Kindergarten. We take pride in providing an authentic and culturally immersive Spanish environment that sets the stage for their holistic development.

Preschool

The Gardner School’s preschool program fosters curiosity, independence, and cognitive growth through hands-on learning and cooperative play. Using the World of Wonders (WOW) curriculum, teachers introduce language, literacy, math, and science while supporting social-emotional development. Learning centers encourage exploration in reading, construction, dramatic play, fine motor skills, and sensory activities, while routines, classroom roles, and enrichment build confidence. Learning Without Tears strengthens early writing and readiness through multi-sensory techniques. Children participate in enrichment classes like dance, music, language, and sports, and take on leadership roles that promote responsibility. Preschoolers wear uniforms and enjoy meals in the Kids’ Cafe, supporting independence. Families stay connected through real-time updates, photos, and progress reports. Through engaging academics and individualized support, we prepare children for kindergarten and a lifelong love of learning.

Pre-K

The Gardner School’s Pre-K program prepares children for kindergarten through structured learning, hands-on activities, and leadership opportunities. Using the World of Wonders (WOW) curriculum, teachers build early literacy, math, and social-emotional skills while fostering independence. Learning Without Tears supports writing and readiness through multi-sensory techniques, while interactive centers encourage creativity, problem-solving, and exploration. Technology, including educational games on computers and iPads, enhances engagement. Students build responsibility with KITE (Keeping It All Together Every Day) binders, introducing early homework concepts and strengthening home-school communication. They also take on leadership roles in enrichment classes like music, drama, language, and sports. Families stay connected through real-time updates, KITE binders, and conferences. Graduates can continue skill-building in Kindergarten Boot Camp, supporting a confident transition to kindergarten.

Preschoolers

Our preschool program is for students 24-48 months old. We encourage children’s increasing independence and exploration through thematic play-based curriculum activities, social emotional learning, STEAM, and weekly Spanish, yoga, and music classes. Students play daily in our indoor play area, and beautiful private playground. Organic meals and snacks are provided, as are diapers and wipes.

Jr. Kindergarten

Our Jr.K/Kindergarten is for students 4- 6 years old and focuses on elementary preparedness and love for learning in an incredibly rich learning environment. Teachers utilize several curriculum models for thematic hands-on activities. Students have daily playtime in our indoor play space and on our beautiful playground.
