Back-Up Care

With Lightbridge Academy’s back-up care, parents can reserve a day here and there — or even up to weeks at a time — at your local center. Back-up child care is available at all Lightbridge Academy locations on a space-available basis for infants through school-aged children.

Get ready for a great start and finish to every school day. In our Before- and After-School Clubhouse for school-age students, we provide a mix of independent and organized activities, education and recreation, plus order and routine for their mornings and afternoons. This program focuses on: daily goal-setting, team-building exercises, healthy physical challenges, homework help, and community projects. We also offer flexible enrollment options to fit your family’s schedule and additional opportunities during school breaks, holidays, and summer vacation. And there may be transportation to and from your elementary school. Ask the director for details.

So while you’re at work, you can rest assured your child is safe, productive and having fun! During spring and winter breaks, teacher workdays and summer months, we offer full-day school-age programs with exciting field trips, special guests and hands-on activities.

In our school-age classroom, we’ve created a before and after school space that supports your child’s experience in school – without making them feel like they’re still in school. Our school-age program provides a dynamic and engaging environment where children can continue learning and exploring after school. A variety of learning centers are set up to encourage free exploration and creativity. We offer homework assistance and guided support from our teachers to ensure students stay on track academically. Our space serves as an extension of the classroom, promoting both academic growth and personal development. When school is out, we offer extended care programs filled with fun activities and enriching experiences, providing a safe and nurturing environment for your child year-round.

School Age Program

Our before & after school program is offered for children ages 5-12 on regular school days. We also offer full-day programs for all out of school days and camps during school breaks, including Winter Break, Spring Break and Summer Camp.

Flexible Care

With Flexi-Pass, families can purchase 5 full days of prepaid care to use one at a time or all at once. There are no registration fees, no ongoing tuition, and no long-term commitment — just trusted care at a lower per-day cost.
