In the Infant program, our teachers provide your baby with all the cuddles and care they need, as well as opportunities to begin learning about the world around them. Twos Classroom

In the Twos classroom, patient, caring teachers guide children through playful exploration. They help your little one navigate big emotions while providing hands-on learning experiences that nurture their innate curiosity. Your toddler is constantly learning new things about the world around them. At The Goddard School®, our team is here to work with your little one every day as they play, learn and gain the skills they need to prepare for preschool. Infant Program

At this age, your infant is mainly learning through observation and exploration. For example, as our Infant teachers talk and sing with your child during feeding, diaper changes and playtime, your little one is beginning to understand language and conversation. Nurturing interactions like these will fill your child’s day and can be adapted and personalized to meet their individual needs.

Toddler Program

In our Toddler program, you’ll find carefully selected equipment that our newest walkers love to climb on, crawl through and hide in while stretching their gross motor skills. Teachers also use books, toys, games and other materials to create exciting explorations into colors, shapes, science and more.

Beginners

In our Beginner program for ages 2–3, children build confidence and independence through self-help skills like dressing themselves and washing their hands. Teachers support big emotions and encourage curiosity with hands-on activities. Our Links to Learning curriculum builds vocabulary, introduces early math concepts, and helps children begin to use simple reasoning. Spanish is gently introduced, enriching their learning environment.

Infant Daycare

Infant program offering a physically and emotionally safe place for your baby to explore and learn about the world around them. Shoe-free policy ensures that classrooms are clean and safe for little ones to move around. Daily routine includes time outdoors, group time, and discovery baskets for sensory exploration. Trained teachers spend time cuddling, singing, and reading to your child.

Toddler Daycare

Toddlers are on the go, exploring and learning new things throughout each day. Classrooms are kid-size in design, allowing children to do more things independently, building their self-confidence. Photos of the children’s families cover the walls of the classroom, creating a sense of community. Daily routine includes: outdoor play, circle time, dance & movement, reading, art, music, and free play.

Preschool Explorers

When your toddler comes to Minnieland, he or she will have many opportunities with which to be engaged. When you visit an Explorers classroom you will see preschoolers painting at an easel, creating a collage at the art table, singing and playing rhythm instruments, building with blocks, stringing beads, playing in the home living area, scooping and pouring at the sensory table as well as interacting with puppets and books in the library. Your child will enjoy the fresh air and exercise in our extraordinary outside learning environments. The student’s actions and ideas generate the weekly activity plans, which enhance the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of each child. Our teachers design exciting group lesson plans and add theme-related objects to enrich the environment.

Explorer teachers will nurture and guide your toddler as he or she develops a sense of self. Continuity of care is an essential ingredient in creating a safe and secure learning environment for each child. Your Explorer will be familiar with his or her daily routine and thrive in this specially designed environment. Your toddler’s teacher will design a weekly individualized lesson plan that promotes social and emotional growth, communication, and motor skill development.
