In the Infant program, our teachers provide your baby with all the cuddles and care they need, as well as opportunities to begin learning about the world around them. Our proprietary education program, Wonder of Learning™, celebrates your baby’s natural curiosity within the classroom environment and models how to explore safely. Nurturing teachers narrate your baby’s experiences to build a strong foundation in 21st century skills for problem solving and building relationships.

Toddler Classroom

As toddlers are rapidly developing both physically and cognitively, the Toddler classroom is where their natural curiosity is fostered, and their language and communication skills are nurtured. A lifelong love of learning starts early, and we believe in providing brand-new learners with the tools they need to be successful. In the Toddler classroom, our proprietary education program, Wonder of Learning™, comes to life as expert teachers harness children’s natural curiosity, guiding them to explore the world around them through hands-on learning, play and asking questions. Teachers support your child's social-emotional growth while helping them develop important physical skills. Your little one will build social awareness, form meaningful connections with others and have plenty of opportunities to strengthen essential skills like persistence and independence.

Shoe-free policy ensures that classrooms are clean and safe for little ones to move around. Daily routine includes time outdoors, group time, and discovery baskets for sensory exploration. Toddlers are on the go, exploring and learning new things throughout each day. Classrooms are kid-size in design, allowing children to do more things independently, building their self-confidence. Daily routine includes: outdoor play, circle time, dance & movement, reading, art, music, and free play.

Infants

Discovery (6 weeks to 12 months): We celebrate the uniqueness of every baby. To do so, we partner with you to understand your baby’s needs. We provided daily logs of feedings, changings, and updates to keep you informed on all the things—big and little—that are taking place every day for your precious little one. Babies in the Discovery Classrooms will have individual schedules to meet their needs and take part in activities that encourage and develop fine and gross motor skills. To help lift ease the workload for families, we’re partnering with the Cuties Care program to provide diapers and wipes for babies and toddlers while they attend our school. For $10 a week, Cuties Care covers the cost of diapers and wipes. We know parents have a million things to manage—we’re happy to cross diapers off the list. Prices are subject to change.

Older Toddlers

Older toddlers are still on a journey of independence and learning about the world. In our Young Detectives Classroom, children fill their days with a mix of educational activities and peer interaction. Older toddlers in the Young Detectives Classroom will exhibit more independence by completing self-care routines on their own (blowing nose, putting on coat and shoes, feeding themselves, etc.). They will continue to work on communication skills, increasing vocabulary and using words to express themselves. To help lift ease the workload for families, we’re partnering with the Cuties Care program to provide diapers and wipes for babies and toddlers while they attend our school. In the Twos classroom, patient, caring teachers guide children through playful exploration. They help your little one navigate big emotions while providing hands-on learning experiences that nurture their innate curiosity. Your toddler is constantly learning new things about the world around them. At The Goddard School®, our team is here to work with your little one every day as they play, learn and gain the skills they need to prepare for preschool.
