Early Childhood Math Tutoring

Math Program (6-12)

For kids 6-12, practice really does make perfect. The Kumon math curriculum helps your child develop a firm foundation in arithmetic, fractions, decimals and more, while improving study skills. By independently solving a wide range of math problems, your child will continually progress and be challenged to succeed.

Reading Program (6-12)

A love of reading begins begins with a strong foundation developed at Kumon. The worksheets can propel your child on a lifelong reading journey, where improved vocabulary, grammar, comprehension and interpretation become an asset throughout school, and beyond.

Reading Program (3-5)

The Kumon Reading Program starts your pre-readers off with fun “look, listen and repeat” worksheets. Colorful illustrations help connect words to familiar objects, to start putting words together. Your child will progress to identify nouns, verbs and adjectives, and use them within sentences.

Private Kindergarten

Kindergarten offers students a nurturing, high-quality experience designed to cultivate curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning. Our program delivers rich, project-based lessons that support deep understanding in early math, reading, writing, and critical thinking–all fully aligned with Florida’s B.E.S.T. Standards. Our classrooms are powered by a digital platform that supports interactive learning, real-time progress tracking, and tailored instruction. From academics to emotional development, we ensure your child grows in all the ways that matter–socially, emotionally, and intellectually. (Children must be 5 years of age by September 1st. KCLA offers before- and after-school services for children at several local K-6 schools. We also offer school-age summer camp with fields trips and special classroom activities. Provide transportation to and from our learning centers. Offer homework assistance (as needed) from our trained educators. Summer Camp

Little Giants Summer Camp is an exciting adventure of activities, special visitors, and much more, all summer long! For children ages 5-12, we provide full-day programming in a fun camp-like setting to keep kids engaged and active.

Kindergarteners

We provide programs to ensure readiness for first grade. This includes reading for kindergarten, and a continued learning of technology and art. Our kindergarten classes combine our L.E.A.P early education curriculum with an environment of fun, open-ended exploration, investigation, discovery, and building self-confidence and self-esteem. It’s the perfect opportunity for optimum growth in academics, socialization, physical fitness, and emotional well-being.

Get ready for a great start and finish to every school day. In our Before- and After-School Clubhouse for school-age students, we provide a mix of independent and organized activities, education and recreation, plus order and routine for their mornings and afternoons. This program focuses on: daily goal-setting, team-building exercises, healthy physical challenges, homework help, and community projects. We also offer flexible enrollment options to fit your family’s schedule and additional opportunities during school breaks, holidays, and summer vacation. Our Kindergarten program is designed to deliver the traditional academic disciplines through a S.T.E.A.M. framework. The curriculum is centered on interdisciplinary projects that create engaging learning experiences incorporating the traditional academic principles through hands on, open-ended explorations. Through the use of instructional scaffolding, which allows students of mixed grade levels to interact and work collaboratively, students excel past the confinements and limits set by the traditional grade level system. In order to create this adaptive learning environment we offer limited class sizes and a closely followed teacher/student ratio. Each student in the program receives a customized education plan, known as an Individualized Learning Portfolio, that creates a personalized map for each student’s academic strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
