Parent Reviews
My son attended KinderCare for the past 13 months. Upon registration Ms. Tina McCrath was a primary reason for choosing KinderCare. Her friendliness and love of kids made me so comfortable enrolling my son.Once he began classes, Ms. Lea shined. She was such a bright influence in my son's life and I am blessed to have found her.
via KinderCare.comThe whole team at the Bell Shoals KinderCare is just great – Krys and Tina are always available to talk and give good advice whenever I have concerns/questions. Lea, Tina and Nicki are so good with the kids. Ruth is also one of our very favorites – she was always so helpful getting Bradley comfortable in the infant room on the many mornings when he didn’t want to get dropped off, and she’s been a constant source of kindness and caring ever since. There are so many to name - all of the staff is very professional. I did want to take a moment to tell you about our experience with one employee in particular, Miss Jean. The first time I came to tour KinderCare on Bell Shoals was very emotional for me, as I’m sure it is for any first time mom. My son was only a few weeks old when I started looking for childcare, and the thought of leaving him was pretty traumatic for me. But when I saw Jean walk into the room and watched all the babies in the infant room scramble over to her with excitement, I knew that I was in the right place. After spending his first year with her (and Nicki and Tina who were also fantastic) in the infant room, we were lucky enough to end up in her classroom again when he moved to “the two’s”. In that room, she showed endless creativity and caring. She always had fun, educational activities for them. And she always seemed to have eyes in the back of her head to keep the kids under control. She runs a tight ship while still managing to give each child individual attention tailored to their needs. She always took the time to give us thoughtful feedback about his development. Jean has become a friend over the years, and our family just loves her. She has such a gift for working with children of all ages. You’re very lucky to have her!
