In the morning, our school-age children engage in a mix of workbook activities, outdoor play, art projects, Spanish and Chinese language time, as well as other enriching experiences. Our teachers, Miss Kenya and Mrs. Arminda, are dedicated to fostering a creative and educational environment.

School Age

The Voyagers Classroom is designed to meet the unique needs of school-aged children. Most activities are child-led, which means students focus on their interests and move easily between activities. The children in this classroom get a balance of flexibility and structure—they have the time and space for schoolwork and fun with games, activities, and outside time. School-age children in the Voyagers Classroom will do homework in a quiet area and be provided help as needed. They will also enjoy learning stations for STEM, sensory explorations, and building challenges as well as join in organized outdoor activities (kickball, soccer, tag-related games) plus reading and arts and crafts. Prices are subject to change.

Before & After School

Get ready for a great start and finish to every school day. In our Before- and After-School Clubhouse for school-age students, we provide a mix of independent and organized activities, education and recreation, plus order and routine for their mornings and afternoons. This program focuses on: daily goal-setting, team-building exercises, healthy physical challenges, homework help, and community projects. We also offer flexible enrollment options to fit your family’s schedule and additional opportunities during school breaks, holidays, and summer vacation. And there may be transportation to and from your elementary school. Ask the director for details.

School Age Before and After Care

Before and after school program focused on the developmental areas of: creative expression, community, literacy, inquiry-based learning, character development, and executive function. Daily routine includes: time for puzzles and games, science, math and construction, library, and creative arts. Teachers will also provide help with homework. Your child will have the opportunity to start clubs, create projects, and become a junior leader. Program provides daily physical activity and snacks. Our Summer/Winter Break Care keeps school-age kids active and engaged while school is out! Children enjoy games, arts & crafts, STEM activities, outdoor play, and field trips, all in a safe, fun environment that encourages creativity, friendship, and new experiences every day.

Our School-Age program offers a dynamic after-school environment focused on enrichment and academic support. Students enjoy a balance of homework assistance, outdoor recreation, and creative hobbies. It’s a safe, social space that keeps young minds active and engaged after the school day ends.
