Our preschool programs blend fun, learning, and nurturing to support the development of our children in all ways! Through our partnership with local and national early childhood experts, we strive for our preschoolers to be more than ready for Kindergarten by the age of five. To achieve this goal, our preschool program follows the creative curriculum model and addresses all seven domains of learning.

Bridge Classroom

Children in the Bridge classroom are strengthening their self-care skills, growing in their independence and enhancing the skills they need to be successful in a preschool classroom. The Bridge classroom is a purposeful year of preschool prep designed for children with birthdays later in the year or children who may need more time to strengthen self-care skills or social-emotional development. In this classroom, our Wonder of Learning™ education program supports children's independence as they continue to build skills necessary for handwriting and drawing with increased intentionality, learn foundational math concepts and build strong vocabularies.

In our Preschool classroom, children start their journeys into a cooperative learning environment where they can discover interests and learn in a more structured setting. At The Goddard School®, we recognize that classrooms are made up of many unique children and teachers work to create engaging, innovative, play-based lessons with the interests and needs of every child in mind. Preschool

Preschool provides the freedom and opportunity for children to develop and grow in independence and confidence. An engaged child learns! While having fun, they aren’t even aware they are developing reading and math skills. In addition, your child will gain the social skills necessary to succeed in Pre-K and beyond. Through small and large group instruction and activities, teachers focus on every child as an individual — enabling them to gain knowledge and thrive. Our proprietary Seedlings Early Childhood Education Curriculum utilizes theme-based lessons to strengthen your child’s emerging skills in reading, writing, science, technology and math. Additionally, we help prepare your child for the structured learning environment of a kindergarten classroom through teacher-guided instruction and child-led exploration focused on effective communication, the ability to follow instruction and how to work cooperatively with peers.

Pre-K

Studies show that children who participate in a quality Pre-K program are prepared to learn and perform better throughout elementary school. Our curriculum provides theme-based lessons and activities designed to bring out the strengths in every child, so they can enter kindergarten with confidence and are well prepared to learn! The BeeCurious Curriculum blends guided discovery with child-led exploration, adapting to children’s interests and knowledge. Classrooms feature diverse learning centers, including dramatic play, STEM, art, literacy, and music. Children enjoy family-style meals, daily group time, and outdoor play twice a day. Hands-on experiences—like observing life cycles—bring learning to life. The BP Read with Me program supports early literacy in small groups, while American Sign Language enhances communication. The curriculum aligns with early learning standards, with parent-teacher conferences held three times yearly.

Pre-K

BeeCurious prepares children for kindergarten through two-week study topics driven by their interests and questions. Literacy is a central focus, supported by dedicated centers, letter and sound games, and sensory writing—without worksheets, emphasizing hands-on, play-based learning. Learning centers transform with each theme, encouraging creativity and child-led play. The BP Read with Me program offers additional literacy support, and American Sign Language reinforces communication. Nursery Day School

This is preschool program that runs 2 hours and 45 minutes, five days a week. There is a teacher and an assistant with each class. The oldest classes have a maximum of 14 students. Class ratios are 6 or 7 students to 1 adult. There are additional specials classes offered weekly.

Lunch Bunch

The complement to the morning preschool. 2-5 day options are available . Youngest students may nap. Older students have time to play and get additional enrichment activites offered
