Description provided by the business.The Swarthmore Presbyterian Nursery Day School has been serving families and 'learning joy' with the children of Swarthmore and nearby communities for 70 years. We offer a play-based preschool and kindergarten complement program centered on emergent curriculum. The preschool program runs five mornings a week with an optional, early birds, lunch bunch, and Stay and Play available. A kindergarten complement is offered for WSSD families. We also have a Play Pals program for our two-year-old friends that is a shorter morning and is the perfect introduction to the preschool setting.
Openings Soon
We will have openings for September start for preschoolers: 3- and 4-year-olds. There is also availability in our Kindergarten Complement program for the 26-27 school year.

This is preschool program that runs 2 hours and 45 minutes, five days a week. There is a teacher and an assistant with each class. The oldest classes have a maximum of 14 students. Class ratios are 6 or 7 students to 1 adult. There are additional specials classes offered weekly.
