In our Before- and After-School Clubhouse for school-age students, we provide a mix of independent and organized activities, education and recreation, plus order and routine for their mornings and afternoons. This program focuses on: daily goal-setting, team-building exercises, healthy physical challenges, homework help, and community projects. We also offer flexible enrollment options to fit your family’s schedule and additional opportunities during school breaks, holidays, and summer vacation. An action-packed summer for children (ages 2 to 12). Our exciting Wonder Weeks include topics and activities designed to spark curiosity and imagination. We serve healthy food, play outside daily, and take field trips too! Parents will love our app with live streaming video and photo highlights.

We are currently located in Vandalia. We are predominantly faith-based and play-based childcare. We strive to create a compassionate and nurturing setting. Our program offers both FT and PT care. I am licensed through the state, as well as the AFB. I accept Title 20 and CHILDCARE AWARE subsidies.

Before and after school program focused on the developmental areas of: creative expression, community, literacy, inquiry-based learning, character development, and executive function. Daily routine includes: time for puzzles and games, science, math and construction, library, and creative arts. Teachers will also provide help with homework. Your child will have the opportunity to start clubs, create projects, and become a junior leader. Program provides daily physical activity and snacks.

Infants

Hummingbirds: We understand that infants need nurturing, and parents need to feel secure knowing their child is in good hands. Our infant teachers are hand-picked natural caregivers who focus on meeting the individual needs of every child. While your child is in our care, you can rest assured that they will receive the attention and interaction they need and deserve. Recognizing that structure is essential to both infants and parents, our teachers will work with you to create a schedule, so your infant’s time away from home is as close to home as possible. Our hummingbird curriculum also includes our Global Gull American Sign Language Program. Most young children begin to talk around 12 months old, while some infants even try to communicate with their parents and caregivers even earlier! One way of helping our young children express their feelings, wants, and needs without crying and frustration of a lack of understanding from adults is through simple sign language, commonly known as ‘Baby Core Signs.’ These core signs include words like milk, sleep, play, all done, more, mother, father, etc. *Please note that tuition rates are subject to change.*

Ducklings: We recognize that your young toddler has the capacity to learn so much in the first few years of their life by simply having opportunities to explore and play amongst peers.
