Toddlers are on the go, exploring and learning new things throughout each day. Classrooms are kid-size in design, allowing children to do more things independently, building their self-confidence. Photos of the children’s families cover the walls of the classroom, creating a sense of community. At Childtime, our Drop-In Care program gives you the freedom to purchase child care days in advance. This allows you to use them when you need them—all year long! Our infant program serves children from the ages of six weeks to eighteen months. Our loving and nurturing caregivers respond to each child's needs in our clean, warm and inviting environments. Our goal is designed to duplicate the loving care and nurturing that an infant needs to grow and develop to his or her full potential. Flexible scheduling allows each child to eat, sleep or play according to his or her own natural timetable. Our rooms are equipped with age appropriate materials that provide freedom of movement and gentle stimulation. Babies have their own crib and the attention of the same staff members daily with a low child to staff ratio. Parents receive a written or electronic report daily including all meals, diaper changes, and sleep schedules. *PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer weekend or overnight care.*

To help lift ease the workload for families, we’re partnering with the Cuties Care program to provide diapers and wipes for babies and toddlers while they attend our school. For $10 a week, Cuties Care covers the cost of diapers and wipes. We know parents have a million things to manage—we’re happy to cross diapers off the list. Prices are subject to change.

Toddler Montessori Program

The Montessori method is based upon the observations and discoveries of the first female Italian physician, Dr. Maria Montessori. Her philosophy nurtures the joy of learning in children at an early age, providing a framework in which intellectual and social disciplines coexist. She believed that education is a lifelong process, and it should be an aid to life. Her philosophy was that children learn at their own pace and develop according to their own timetable. Their physical, emotional, psychic, and intellectual abilities are interrelated. Children must have freedom, within clearly defined limits, to develop their full potential. Based on this philosophy, Creative Playrooms Montessori Program provides children with a prepared learning environment that helps them think, organize, and observe. The teacher functions as a guide, aiding children in their choice of developmentally appropriate learning materials.
