With our Flex Care program, you can purchase child care days in advance to use, as you need them—all year long. You get reliability and flexibility, and your child gets to experience our proven curriculum in a fun, safe, and secure environment. You can purchase prepaid cards in five-day increments through your school, and each is good for one full year. After completing the enrollment paperwork, just call 48 hours in advance to reserve your spot.

Infants

Families love the balance of nurturing care and milestone development in this program. In a warm, safe, stimulating classroom, children have a primary caregiver to attend to their needs. Plus, our exclusive, milestone-focused curriculum, Learn from the Start™, was developed by our educational experts to focus on key developmental milestones specific to infants. We emphasize each child’s development, rather than specific age, because all children grow and learn at their own pace, and in their own unique way. We’re also here when you need us. Infants

In our Infant program, we focus on keeping each baby happy, comfortable, and eager to explore their classroom. Teachers use positive interactions to support each baby’s mental, physical, and social development in a safe, nurturing environment. We follow babies’ cues and provide individualized schedules. Our Baby Sign Language program helps teachers connect with infants, building trust and supporting early language skills. Toddlers

We understand toddlers are curious, busy, and full of personality. Our Toddler program channels that energy into meaningful learning. Through our Links to Learning curriculum, children explore colors, sizes, early science, and vocabulary while building social-emotional skills and confidence through play and gentle routines. Toddlers begin to participate in a consistent daily schedule, giving them a sense of structure and security. Teachers foster curiosity and independence by encouraging exploration, offering choices, and celebrating successes.

In the Infant program, our teachers provide your baby with all the cuddles and care they need, as well as opportunities to begin learning about the world around them. With guidance, these naturally curious learners build lasting friendships, strong self-esteem, and a love for education. “Investigators” truly live up to their name as they explore and learn in hands-on, developmentally appropriate play. We offer small, focused class sizes, both teacher- and child-directed play-based activities, plus rest time, and an emphasis on skills development (identifying letters and colors, using utensils, playing outdoors. Preschool

FLA helps your three- and four-year-olds master age-appropriate activities, gain gross- and fine motor skills, and learn to socialize and follow rules. They will have opportunities for solo and group learning and exploring, continued practice of academic building blocks (early writing, reading, math), and will focus on emotional development, problem-solving, and school readiness.
