Pee Wee Prep: Infant Room (6 Weeks–18 Months)

A serene and secure space designed to support the earliest stages of development. Grounded in the Creative Curriculum for Infants, Toddlers & Twos, our program emphasizes responsive caregiving, sensory exploration, and strong emotional bonds to help babies thrive.

Toddler program (18 months - 30 months)

Our vibrant toddler program focuses on exploration and social growth! Using the Creative Curriculum, we nurture emerging self-help skills through music, movement, and play-based learning, building the confidence your child needs in a warm, playful environment.

Our Infant program provides a warm, secure cocoon where individual needs are met with gentle care. We focus on sensory exploration and building secure attachments through one-on-one attention. In this peaceful setting, babies reach early milestones through music and purposeful play.

Toddler Care Program

In the Toddler room, energy meets discovery! We support emerging independence and language skills through music, movement, and hands-on play. This interactive setting helps toddlers develop social skills and physical confidence while exploring their surroundings in a safe, stimulating space.

Infants

Lightbridge Academy’s infant program is an ideal, developmentally appropriate environment for little ones as they learn to move, pull up, roll over, and eventually crawl. Our infant curriculum creates a solid foundation for your little one’s future growth and development. By creating strong bonds, learning through play and stimulating their five senses, even our youngest students are encouraged to explore the world around them in a safe and nurturing environment. Primary caregivers introduce a theme-based curriculum, which is enhanced with enrichment programs such as Singing Sprouts, Spanish Sprouts and Signing Sprouts.

Toddlers

Toddlers are quickly learning so much about the world around them, developing faster than almost any other age group. They are all about speed — learning to sing, talk and run all at once. Lightbridge Academy’s Toddler Program is designed to make the most of every one of their fast-paced milestones. Our curriculum specifically addresses toddlers’ rapid growth and development by catering to their readiness cues, with the older toddler curriculum focused on preparing for preschool and beyond. When they display interest or signs of emerging skills, we can encourage them to move to the next challenge.

Preschool Program

MCNS is an independent, play based preschool founded in 1955. Mastered teachers create an enriched, stimulating environment with an emergent, Reggio inspired curriculum centered on social interaction and critical thinking. Open until 6pm during the regular school year and the summer program.
