School-Age

Our School-Age program is designed for children five through twelve years old who are enrolled in kindergarten through 5th grade classes at several local elementary schools. These children are picked up by one of our buses at the end of their school day.

In our Before- and After-School Clubhouse for school-age students, we provide a mix of independent and organized activities, education and recreation, plus order and routine for their mornings and afternoons. This program focuses on: daily goal-setting, team-building exercises, healthy physical challenges, homework help, and community projects. We also offer flexible enrollment options to fit your family’s schedule and additional opportunities during school breaks, holidays, and summer vacation. Before & After School Care

You need a safe, supervised and fun environment for your child to start and end the school day. We can help! Your child will join in arts, academic, technology and fitness experiences, with daily homework support, in our popular after school program. So while you’re at work, you can rest assured your child is safe, productive and having fun! During spring and winter breaks, teacher workdays and summer months, we offer full-day school-age programs with exciting field trips, special guests and hands-on activities.

Experienced teachers are available to help your child with their homework assignments to feel empowered and prepared for their next day of class and have an extra boost if they need it to complete their work. Children have outside time every day to make sure they maintain their physical activity, connect with their friends and get in touch with nature while in the presence of the sun, helping to keep their energy up! Social-emotional development is just as important as academic learning, and your child has free and unstructured time to learn essential life skills that result in healthy relationships, manners, and practicing empathy. Your child engages in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics activities and learning every day, strengthening them academically and challenging them to learn new things through new concepts. Never worry about if your child is getting enough fuel throughout the day. A yummy and nutritious snack is provided, keeping their bellies full and smiles on their faces until it’s time for pick up.

As a part of our before-school program, children may be dropped off in the morning and most locations provide breakfast before transporting or transitioning them to school or one of our onsite school-age or state Pre-K programs. Our after-school programs also offer homework support, learning opportunities, and social skills development for children. We offer various activities across age ranges from structured exploration of different cultures and destinations, to supervised play and games, to more independent play and homework support for the older students. Our after-school program provides homework support and fosters character development through group activities and additional playtime.
