Elementary

Our Montessori Elementary program offers a personalized, dynamic education that supports each child’s curiosity, independence, and growth. Extended Primary

The third and final year of the Montessori primary three-year cycle is one of the most important years in a child’s Early Childhood development journey. After two full years, the Montessori classroom is a familiar environment for these five-year-olds. They know the daily routines inside and out; their teachers know them well and can work to their strengths and encourage them to tackle challenges. They are fully aware of being the oldest students in the classroom having lived through two years of transitions starting when they were three.

Kindergarten

Villa Montessori full-day kindergarten curriculum includes units that combine language, math, art, science, geography, history and cultural studies. A low student/teacher ratio allows for highly personalized teaching. We are not bound by arbitrary ‘cut off’ dates. Any child at least 4.5 years old is eligible for our Private Kindergarten Program as long as they are able to meet our readiness criteria.

School Age Before and After Care

Before and after school program focused on the developmental areas of: creative expression, community, literacy, inquiry-based learning, character development, and executive function. Daily routine includes: time for puzzles and games, science, math and construction, library, and creative arts. Teachers will also provide help with homework. Get ready for a great start and finish to every school day. In our Before- and After-School Clubhouse for school-age students, we provide a mix of independent and organized activities, education and recreation, plus order and routine for their mornings and afternoons. This program focuses on: daily goal-setting, team-building exercises, healthy physical challenges, homework help, and community projects. We also offer flexible enrollment options to fit your family’s schedule and additional opportunities during school breaks, holidays, and summer vacation. And there may be transportation to and from your elementary school. Ask the director for details.

Drop-In Care

With our Flex Care program, you can purchase child care days in advance to use, as you need them—all year long. You get reliability and flexibility, and your child gets to experience our proven curriculum in a fun, safe, and secure environment. You can purchase prepaid cards in five-day increments through your school, and each is good for one full year. After completing the enrollment paperwork, just call 48 hours in advance to reserve your spot.
