My eleven-month-old son goes to the Lewis center KinderCare, and we absolutely love it. The Director and Assistant Director are doing an outstanding job, they are more like family to us. They are caring, and always meet our needs. As this is my first child, and he is sick a lot, I am very picky and concerned all the time, and KinderCare is able to accommodate everything I ask for. Our son loves his teacher, Ms. Nicole, she is wonderful. She keeps everything organized, communicates with us, and you can tell she loves her job, and she treats the children like they are her own. We love the painting projects she does with the kids. We just wanted everyone to know how satisfied we are with KinderCare. It is not a business to us, they are taking care of my son; I have never felt like the center has treated us like a business transaction. THEY ARE FAMILY TO US!
Hello, my name is Angie V. and my children go to the KinderCare located in the Lewis Center area. I wanted to contact you about the director, Tricia Pisano, and the wonderful thing she did for our family. My children attend on a part time basis. My mom also watches them on the other days. Tricia has been so flexible with us with the schedule due to the fact that my mom has needed to care for my ill grandfather (Or when my kids are ill themselves). Whenever I have asked to switch days it has never been a problem. That has always been so helpful in itself. However, the reason I am emailing you is because last weekend my grandfather passed away. My mother was in no condition to care for my kids and needed to make arrangements for the funeral, etc. Therefore my husband and I were taking off work to watch the kids. When I emailed Tricia about another change in day she so generously offered that the center watch our kids during the funeral (Not a normal day for my kids to attend) and for the full day at no extra charge (Something I did not ask for, but she so graciously offered). We did take her up on the offer for the morning of the funeral. Additionally, we were also able to switch days that week to fit into our work schedules. I can’t tell you how much this helped out our family. It was a huge weight off of my shoulder to not have to find additional arrangements. I have since told family and friends about the generosity of your center to help us in our time of need, and to offer it free of charge. Everyone has been impressed. I was so thankful I felt the need to contact you and make you aware of this. Tricia, and the other teachers at the school have been wonderful to my children since they started in August. We have been very pleased with the care they are given. This was just another reason we are so glad we made the decision to place our children at KinderCare. Thank you so much.
