Description provided by the business.Angeles Workshop School is an independent private middle and high school serving grades 6–12 in the Sawtelle neighborhood of West Los Angeles, founded in 2014 by a credentialed English teacher and a PhD educator in Social Justice. The school uses a student-led, play-based curriculum built around role-playing games, hands-on projects, STEM applications, and social justice education, with no mandatory homework or standardized tests. Enrollment is capped at around 20 students and the teacher-to-student ratio never exceeds 1:10; the school also offers a remote homeschool diploma program.
