I wanted to take a moment to speak on our experience at KinderCare. My son, now in Pre-K, started when he was 3 and in the preschoolers classroom. I can remember his first day, and it wasn't just an experience for him, but a worry for mom and dad. We worried that he would not like going to school. Anything we attempted, even for a few hours, our son just wasn't having it. His first day of school was here and it was hard. He cried and he didn't want to stay. It was new to him and he was clearly uncomfortable with this situation, until.....Ms. Nicole Banks! She had just returned and even though she was not my son's teacher she stepped in and LOVED my child as her own. She made it a point to send pictures through the day, and still does, to ensure I knew he was okay and that there are people who care for my son daily. He is now in her class and you can see his growth. He loves going to school and he loves Ms. Nicole. This makes my heart happy, knowing he is well taken care of. Ms. Nicole is a blessing and takes her job seriously. She takes the time to teach and lead those that surround her including not just the children, but parents and co-workers. We love her and appreciate all she does and want your Company to know that she is a true asset and great representation of KinderCare.Just a side note, the entire staff at KinderCare Bluegrass know my son by name and make it a point to speak and love on him. We are also grateful for Ms. Payton as well, who is also a teacher with Ms. Nicole in my son's class.

We are a two-child family, who has been enrolled at KinderCare for four years. Both of our girls started at the center as infants and are known by everyone in the center on a personal level. The teachers routinely stop and tell me funny things that one of them has said or done. They show compassion, joy, pride, and concern for my children, just like family. I know that regardless of the classroom my children are in, they are in the hands of someone who truly cares about them. I continue to be impressed with the quality of care, special programs, arts and nutrition my children receive on a daily basis. My children come home with crafts every single day. Even my youngest child is routinely given opportunities to be creative and explore with different mediums. As a parent, I am also thrilled to see fresh fruits and vegetables on their hot meal menu everyday. My oldest child enjoys participating in the center's Kindermusic program and has exceeded my expectations with her progress in the center's Phonics Learning Enrichment Program. She has been spelling her name before the age of three and printing it shortly after. It is reassuring to know that KinderCare is getting her ready for kindergarten success. My family enjoys being part of KinderCare and I know the staff enjoy watching my children grow. We couldn't be happier with the staff, service, ease of payment, availability of early drop off, and elementary school transportation. And we always enjoy the center wide family events, such as the fall festival and winter gala, that allow us to get to know other families and children that attend the center. We absolutely wouldn't take our children anywhere else and we know they have truly benefited from having been there these four years."

My name is Vickie J. Over the course of 21 years, my children have been enrolled at Bluegrass KinderCare. Today my children are 21, 18, and 10 years old. I have heard, as a working mother, stories from other working mothers about their guilt for leaving their children at a childcare center where they were unhappy. I never had any guilt with Bluegrass KinderCare. I knew my children were given attention, being educated, cared for, and loved. My oldest child had attended a different childcare center for a few months before we discovered the Bluegrass KinderCare. Once enrolled at the Bluegrass KinderCare, there was no other place for our family. My older children to this day still love to come back to KinderCare and visit with teachers that had taught them many years ago and can recall many wonderful memories. KinderCare has impacted all my children's lives in the most positive ways. I will always be grateful for the person that referred me to KinderCare. To us the KinderCare staff will always be our family. Thank You!
