Granada Preparatory School is an independent private school serving preschool through 8th grade in the San Fernando Valley. The school is an authorized International Baccalaureate World School, offering the IB Primary Years Programme for preschool through grade 5 and the IB Middle Years Programme for grades 6–8. Spanish instruction runs from kindergarten through 8th grade, and middle school students study eight subjects with an emphasis on developing an international mindset. Graduates have matriculated to area high schools including Campbell Hall, Chaminade, Notre Dame, Oaks Christian, and Sierra Canyon, among others.
