I was a former lead teacher. The management were bullies. the new center director aka miss secker decided to go and tell everybody I was let go without me even knowing first hand when employee statuses are kept private as I was told. They did nothing to investigate the situation and two never did anything for me as far as help needed in the classroom when needed after they had told me they had help for me. Total lie.
I would like to share how comfortable and at peace I am knowing that my grandkids are at this daycare. I am especially at peace when Lori is there for my grandson. She has the ability to calm him down when he is stressed. It is not easy because this behavior can go on for hours and even days, and yet, she has the patience with him--it is endearing both to myself and him to have someone in our corner, not judging us but helping us, with a smile, patience, understanding, and yes, love. My grandson has told me that he loves Lori. So a big shout out to Lori! Thank you and the rest of your staff for all you do for us.
I would like to share with you my experience performing a summer enrichment program at your center recently. My audience was a group of about 25 children ages four to seven. The children were well-behaved, organized, and respectful. This does not happen by itself. It reflects on the quality and competency of the staff. The teachers wear many "hats" during the course of their day. A great child care teacher is a friend, role model, confidant, disciplinarian, and more. I rate the staff as exceptional.
Ms. Sara and Ms. Tiffany, a sincere thank you for being the excellent educators that you are! My son attended a program through Greenfield School District called Bee Ready and scored in the 90th percentile. I know this would not have been possible without his education at KinderCare and the hard work and dedication of teachers. He is definitely prepared to start school in the fall. We would love to thank you for all the hard work, support, and encouragement that you have given our son during his time with you in Pre-K. We can't thank you enough for making his time in your classroom so happy.
