Immaculate Heart is a Catholic, independent, all-girls college preparatory school serving grades 6–12, founded in 1906 by the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary on a hillside campus in Los Angeles's Los Feliz neighborhood. The school is accredited by the California Association of Independent Schools, the Western Catholic Educational Association, and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. Virtually 100% of graduates attend college immediately after graduation. Approximately two-thirds of high school students participate in competitive athletics, and the middle school competes in the Delphic League.
