Parent Reviews
I wanted to express my deep appreciation for the Janesville KinderCare. I currently have three children enrolled and the staff is just awesome. I am a foster parent and in the past three years I have enrolled 13 children at the location. As you are probably aware, many children in foster care have suffered significant trauma. They can be aggressive, disrespectful, and just a "handful." With every child we have enrolled, Julie and her team have been wonderful. They treat these children with kindness and compassion, and provide them with the nurturing environment they need. Every child I have enrolled in KinderCare has grown emotionally, intellectually, and socially. I have had children in every classroom except the Prekindergarten 4. Every single teacher, veteran or newer, has been wonderful. They keep me informed with the progress each child makes. They let me know if there are behavior issues we need to address. I would single out teachers for recognition but I would simply end up listing the entire staff. They are all that good. Julie has built a great team! I am quick to recommend KinderCare to colleagues, friends, and other foster parents that are searching for daycare. You should be proud of the way the group in Janesville represents your company. They are a blessing to me and the kids that have been placed in my care.
My son attends “school” at KinderCare in Janesville, Wisconsin in the Two-Year-Old Classroom. His primary teachers are Ms. Miki and Ms. Rachel. I wanted to let you know that words cannot express my sincerest gratitude and appreciation for the care my son has received at KinderCare. I started him in full-time day care in January 2013. My mother had been his primary daycare provider up to this point and, of course, I had a very difficult time making the decision to place him in the care of “strangers.” Despite her offering to continue caring for Mason, I felt he needed more structure and socializing (even though this meant I would have to pay for child care for the first time). From the moment I spoke with Ms. Julie on the phone to arrange my first visit, to my daily interactions with his teachers, I have been overwhelmed with pride, comfort, and joy. The progress my son is making in his learning, his social skills, his language skills, and his ability to deal with his emotions, is far beyond anything I could have imagined. His teachers are wonderful in working with me personally and professionally. They have helped me work through my personal struggles with rearing my son and have even provided a shoulder to cry on when I felt like nothing was going right. They have been flexible and understanding as we’ve tried various dietary experiments, and have been unbelievably patient and disciplined in making sure he wears his eye patch the prescribed time each and every day. Words cannot express how overly happy and grateful I am to everyone at KinderCare in Janesville. Ms. Julie, Ms. Tammy, Ms. Miki, Ms. Rachel, Ms. Lori, and Ms. Ashley have been angels sent from heaven. I know my son is great hands. In the morning when I drop him off, he transitions very well, and in the afternoons when I pick him up he’s full of energy and excitement as he spends the rest of the night talking about what he did and how much fun he had. As a mom working full time in health care, I understand that customer service drives business. I also realize that too many times we are very quick to criticize, but rarely offer words of appreciation. I know there was a survey recently provided to parents allowing us to express our concerns. I appreciate the ability to provide feedback and I am also comforted in knowing that our feedback is taken seriously. Beyond the standard survey, however, I would just like to share my utmost satisfaction with every aspect of KinderCare Janesville. Please be sure to acknowledge the fantastic work these teachers and caregivers do each and every day. I know I could never do their job and the comfort of knowing that my child is in such great care means so much more than I could express in a survey. Thank you, thank you, thank you, to everyone (but especially to Ms. Miki and Ms. Rachel)!
