The Montessori School of Chevy has been our son’s second home for the last 3.5 years. The community has helped echo and reinforce our family values of integrity and kindness in our son while nurturing his desire for learning. His teachers, at all levels, have really taken the time to know and understand him which has helped propel his achievement- both academic and emotional. At five, he is now reading in French and English and takes pride in his work and his classroom. We are thrilled with who he has become and gladly attribute this to the community at MSCC. We will miss the school and staff very much.

Our daughter started in the infant program at 18 months and will complete the first year of the French primary program. The school is small and the teachers all know the kids and take care of them as if they were their own. This is a true Montessori school (not “inspired by”), and our daughter - who is imaginative and very active - has thrived under the guidance of her dedicated teachers. We have appreciated her exposure to foreign languages early! The school supports potty training effectively, helps kids with social-emotional learning and communicates with parents but not “too much.” That it is 8am-6pm and year-round is a plus for working parents and caregivers. The parent community is diverse, laid back and friendly. A great place!

We have had a wonderful experience at MSCC. Our son's teacher has been great at fostering his academic and social development. He is reading at a much higher level than we ever expected at his age! We think the mixing of different age children in a classroom has also fostered his emotional development as he plays with younger and older kids. As working parents, we also greatly appreciate the reliable aftercare option. Highly recommend.

Our child has had an amazing experience at MSCC! We started in the toddler program at 18 months where our child thrived and grew immensely in their language and social skills. They are now enjoying the French immersion primary class and learning more skills to be independent. The teachers are wonderful and there is a great community of families. We love the Montessori style and outdoor space. Highly recommend MSCC!
