My son has been enrolled with Neenah KinderCare for a little over a year, and in this short period of time I have been able to establish a very essential relationship with the amazing teachers and Director at this location. Being able to communicate the needs and expectations of his development is something that I value, and they have made this usually very difficult task into something simple and exceptional. I value their dedication and determination to ensure that the environment, as well as the material, is always meeting his needs. I am very involved with my child’s education and well-being, and the staff have made it extremely easy for me to know what is going on in the class room and what they are involved in on a day-to-day process. He is also involved in the Phonics program that is offered. In the time that he has spent growing and learning with this program, I have been able to notice an exceptional progress in being able to recognize and write the different letters of the alphabet as well as the “sounds” that are associated with them. I have personally referred a number of different families to this center with only positive feedback in return for the experience and care that their children have received. This is a “Five Star” center, which I feel is a sincere understatement for the above-average staff and learning environment that I have witnessed firsthand from KinderCare. There are some people that I would love to recognize for their hard work and reliable communication that I depend on daily: Ms. Tiffany, who is the teacher in my child’s room, has been able to help him with respecting his friends and teachers, has taught the material in a way he can understand it, and has helped him love coming to school as well as take his learning development seriously. She is always happy to be there and shows love and attention to each child. As for Ms. Jill, who is the Director at the center--she is by far one of the most amazing people that I have encountered in this industry! She shows concern and passion for every family and child, works hand-in-hand with her staff, and always goes above and beyond the duties of any other Director. These women have made my life much easier with feeling comfortable and encouraging in the aspects of my son’s future in his education! This center is much more than a daycare and much more than a baby sitter; KinderCare has proven to be an investment in my child’s future and present well-being and learning.
