"I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Kindercare facility in the Corporate Circle parking lot that my three children attend. I have had my son, Spencer, there for almost four years now, my daughter, Haley, for two years and my newborn, Nathan, just started last month. From an administration standpoint, they run things well and organized. The process of signing up is easy and they communicated very well. They always make forms and payments easy. I always know about upcoming events and am kept very well informed through posters, emails, and handouts. The establishment is always clean and well cared for. Now on to some of the more important things for a daycare – the kids. I have always been happy with the teachers that have been in the rooms for the kids. In the infant room, they care for the babies, teach them new things and make sure they are safe, fed and clean. All three of my children have been in the infant room and my youngest still has two of the same teachers that were there when my oldest was in the room. Consistency like that is important for the kids and for peace of mind for the parent. They are very attentive to any requests for special needs you may have; for example, my daughter needs a special lotion and they are mindful about making sure she gets that and note it on her paper for me. The teachers communicate well and keep you informed on your child's progress. In the toddler rooms, I feel that they have a nice balance of fun and learning. Spencer and Haley have the time to play outside and do special art projects, but they also try to focus on themes and concepts for learning like letters, numbers, and reading. Spencer has really enjoyed the music program as well. Above all, I think what I like best is that the teachers seem to truly care about my children. If I can't be with my children during the day, it makes me very happy to have them at a place where they not only take care of my kids' needs, but they also get to know my children and show an interest in their well being. They get excited about new developments in their progression, they know my kids' personalities and they worry when they are sick as if the kids are their own. I have been extremely happy with them as a child care center for my kids."
