I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to you and your staff at KinderCare. You all go out of your way to make my family feel welcome and at home in your center. I can tell you all take pride in your center. It is not always easy leaving my "baby" day in and day out, but when I do I know that he is very well taken care of by you and your teachers. I trust you all very much with my son and know that when I leave him he is going to get the best early childhood education possible and be well nurtured by his teachers. Ms. Trish always makes an effort to say "Good Morning" and asks about John's night. I LOVE the fact that even though John is not in her room anymore that she still cares about John and my family! Ms. Candy is ALWAYS sharing John's "cute" moments with me, which I TOTALLY love because I'm not always there! She gets so excited to tell me all the things John is doing, I can tell she really enjoys having my son in her class. As a mother it is a great feeling to have when you know that your child's teacher really enjoys having your son in their class. Ms. Ashley, although she is new and I don't get much of a chance to talk to her, had really opened up her heart to my son. She is always smiling and seems eager to learn. It may have taken John some time to warm up to her, but because of Ms. Ashley taking the effort to get to know my son he enjoys having her as his teacher! John is my life and I take such joy knowing that I made the best decision I could for his educational needs. Not only are you a child care facility, you all are a huge part of our family. Thank you so much for everything!

Once during a training session at my job, a question was posed to the group: “What companies have earned your loyalty?” My reply was simple: KinderCare. The instructor was expecting to hear answers such as “Apple” or “Starbucks” so he seemed taken off-guard. I expanded by explaining that the staff at the Sleepy Hollow KinderCare has truly earned not only my loyalty, but also my respect, admiration, and utmost trust, as I place in their care daily my most prized possession–my children. They have been attending the Sleepy Hollow KinderCare for eight years with both of my daughters starting in the infant classroom as soon as I went back to work after my maternity leaves. My daughters have progressed through the center and are now in Kindergarten and School Age, and we have been thrilled with the care and support given throughout the years by the teachers and support staff. My girls are both excelling in their classrooms at school and I owe much of that to the curriculum and enrichment learning available at KinderCare. In the very rare instances where I had a concern, the Center Director listened to my thoughts and reacted appropriately, strengthening my belief that I have absolutely made the best choice for my child care services. Because of the relationships that my children and I have built with the teachers and staff over the years however, I do not think of KinderCare as just a child care service, I think of them as family.
