At the age of 15 months, I really trusted you and your staff with Kylah's care. You may recall how I reminded you that she was my first grandchild and I had a fear of leaving her alone with strangers and I recall you assuring us that she was in great hands. It seems like yesterday when Darnisha and I walked in and you greeted us only to realize that we had come to the wrong day care. Yet we toured your facility and went home and made our decision that this was the place for Kylah. Since being in your care, she has matured and grown into a wonderful child, from potty training to learning to write and recognize her name and much other developmental advancement. She has learned and developed so much with the help of you and your staff and now it's time for her to move on to the next chapter in her life. Darnisha and I are well pleased and appreciate all that you have done for our family. We will always remember the amazing job KinderCare has done. We will miss you guys!!!

After doing extensive research, my husband and I originally chose Kindercare over the other daycare centers because of their scheduling flexibility. However, after being enrolled for 7 months, we now recommend them to all of our friends for not only their flexibility, but also because of the awesome staff that we entrust to take care of our daughter. They were great when we first took a tour of the facility, but anyone can put on a happy face. Not only are they genuine, but they go out of their way to meet the very specific needs that we request. The entire staff is on the same page, and we feel very blessed to have each and every one of them looking out for our daughter. As a first-time mom, it’s always a joy to pick up my child with a smile on her face!
