When I found out I would have to return to work, I had to make one of the most important decisions, where to send my 6 month old daughter, Sloan. After visiting various different daycares, I decided on Pencil Academy, an easy decision once I had met the owner, Vannesa,and main teacher,Mrs. Julia. I left the visit feeling confident and secure in the thought of my daughter attending Pencil Academy. While my daughter was enrolled there, Pencil Academy kept me informed on Sloan’s progress with a daily report, and I was able to check in using their live stream video. (I’m guilty to be one of those overprotective, concerned first-time moms, so this helped put me at ease.) Pencil Academy is a safe, clean, friendly and, academically driven institution. It will forever come with my highest recommendation. My daughter would still be attending the daycare if I continued to live in town. I know my daughter misses Mrs. Julia tremendously and Mrs. Vanessa!
