I have only nice things to say about this KinderCare. I set out about eight months ago to find a preschool for my 3-year-old. I had visited other schools in the area but after visiting KinderCare, I knew I wanted my child there. On my tour, I met with the center director and was greeted with a smile, handshake, and she knew my name as we had previously scheduled the tour. She was friendly, full of information, and answered my questions honestly. You could tell she was happy to be working there. After being at KinderCare for eight months, I see the same consistency as I did in the initial visit. The staff and directors are friendly and seem genuinely happy to be there. Their summer program has tons of fun activities for my child. I love my child's teacher and I get a ton of art that they do in class and a daily report that describes her day including what she ate for lunch and if she napped. I am so happy I found this center. Thank you Melissa and staff for making us a part of your family.

As we are nearing the end of our school year and soon the end of our stay (since 2005) with KinderCare Granite Bay, I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with Miss Carrie. I know this is no surprise to you. I first noticed Miss Carrie back in 2008 and asked how long I had to wait for my child to be in her class. Miss Carrie provides the comfort, security, discipline, and learning environment that every child this age needs. This is a challenging year for the kids as they get ready for kindergarten. They need the tools and confidence to move onto this next big stage in their life. Miss Carrie provides this in many ways. Here are a few that I love: I have always felt like I was going into my mom's house when I entered Miss Carrie's room. She has a way of making things feel very welcoming and homey. From the smell of breakfast which is always ready and waiting to clean blankets for nap time, she provides the home-like feeling in her class. Her room always has a new activity, usually created by her, for the kids to play with. Whether she has made a new batch of homemade play dough or created a rocket out of cardboard and foil, it is always something the kids absolutely love. She also is creative in putting things together in different nooks in her class for kids to sit and learn independently. With the amount of boys in her class, I'm constantly amazed by her calm way of disciplining but when needed she is quick and tough. I believe Miss Carrie goes above and beyond the call of duty in her role. Every child is lucky to have her. The quality and retention of teachers the Granite Bay center has is awesome. I'm lucky to have you as my extended "family" for my children. I will continue my referrals even after I am gone. We will be back for summer programs :)
